Description

Come join us for a friendly and relaxed untutored life drawing class in the new Draw studio! The session is open to all abilities & levels of experience and there will be a session leader on hand to offer any help you need. You may choose whether to wear a facemask during this session and you’ll need to book in advance to come along – please do read all of the details carefully before booking.

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.

What's included in the price?

When you arrive at New England House you’ll need to take the stairs or lift to Level 5 and come to Studio 1 on the South side - please note that you’ll need to wear a mask at all times in the corridors of New England House. Once you’re at the session you’ll need to show a digital or printed receipt as proof of booking, then you’re ready to go! The unclothed model will hold a series of short poses, two 15-minute poses and a final 45-minute pose, with a short tea break half way through. Drawing boards, chairs and easels will be provided and you'll need to bring your own drawing materials along.

Covid-safety
Here’s what we are doing to protect everybody at Draw:

All of our tutors and models are fully vaccinated against Covid-19
We keep the studio well ventilated and use a medical grade air purifying system to minimise aerosol spread
Session numbers are strictly capped to allow plenty of space between people
We keep the studio clean and provide free hand sanitiser
Our tutors & models are paid sick pay and won’t attend a session if unwell

Here’s what you can do to help protect vulnerable people and keep our sessions open:

Use a lateral flow test before coming along
Get fully vaccinated - it is quick, safe and easy
Please don’t come to the session if you are unwell – you will always get a full refund
Wearing a facemask will help to protect other people at the session - it is your choice whether to wear one or not.

If you have any accessibility needs, please do let us know - we’re keen to do everything we can to make sure you can enjoy the life classes here. The building has a wheelchair ramp at the North side of the New England Street entrance and lifts that go up to level 5.
