Hen Do/Group Booking Mindfulness in Nature full day

Are you wanting to relax in nature with your friends? Maybe celebrate a special birthday by doing something different or have a memorable Hen Do? Faye of the Forest hosts mindfulness in nature experiences for groups publicly and can offer this to private group bookings too. Why not join me in the woods for a full day of relaxation where in the morning we take part in a mindful Forest Bathing session with meditation. It is a great way to relax and laugh with friends! Forest Bathing involves being guided in nature through a series of seasonal and sensory invitations, no 2 sessions are the same. We then have a campfire lunch and hot drinks plus time to chill out in the hammock. In the afternoon we have a go at willow weaving and create your own flower decoration or swallow bird to take home (we decide in advance). If you were wanting to do one of my other offerings that is possible instead and include: * Outside Yoga * Bushcraft * Other nature crafts

What's included in the price?

Included in this package is 5 hours at Buzzards Valley in their woodland with Faye facilitating a Forest Bathing session and meditation, this includes receiving a gift bag to take home and continue your mindfulness practice at home. Plus campfire lunch and hot drinks. All willow and materials needed to create your own flower/swallow bird. This package is for up to 5 people. For additional people please get in touch.
