Course Start DatesSaturday 15th February 2020
About the Course
Declutter your mind from negative thoughts and create a positive mind. Stop for a moment and think about all the things you have in your life, which make you happy and you are grateful for. Usually the simple things in our lives which we take for granted or are easily overlooked are the most precious.
In this workshop we will explore benefits of journaling, how to relax and start a pocket journal. We go through journaling prompts for self-discovery and learn how to keep track of habits and well-being. We will learn how to design pocket journal spreads with mixed media, washi tapes, stamps and creative lettering.
Relax for a moment and have fun exploring your mind and experimenting over cup of tea or coffee.
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
What's included in the price?
A6 pocket journal and all material will be provided along with tea/coffee.
I had a wonderful morning creating my own Wellbeing Journal. I created lots of attractive and unique backgrounds using paint, collage and doodles and learnt about the benefits of creative journaling. Now each week I'll note what I'm grateful for, inspirations, little victories and positive quotes and thoughts! I'm looking forward to completing the journal through the week!
