This is a one day course ideal for beginners who want to try their hand at glass painting. In the morning we work on a flat piece of glass and in the afternoon we work on a jar to create a tea light holder. We use water based glass paints and painting pens.
The paint is set by baking in an ordinary oven. Work can be varnished if time permits.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
Materials, refreshments (i.e. tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits. Non dairy and gluten free options available).
Lunch is not provided, but the studio is very near several cafes or students are free to bring their own lunch.

I had a great day with Polly. I wanted to learn face to face rather than on a video. Polly explained the process very clearly and gave some super tips. Her comments were positive and supportive. The materials provided were very good. The studio was light, airy and relaxing. Thanks for the herbal teas. I have now ordered my paints , ready to go.
Thank you
Evelyn

Thank you so much Evelyn! It was lovely to meet you and I am so glad you enjoyed the course. Good luck with your glass painting, I am confident you will be great! This is an excellent course in glass painting for beginners, with all materials supplied. The class size is reasonably small, Polly's tuition is clear and comprehensive, and she is really supportive of everyone attending. There is a lovely, friendly and relaxed atmosphere in her studio and I thoroughly recommend the course.

Thank you so much Gill! Really glad you enjoyed it.I have never done any glass painting before but the course was fun and instructive. Polly is a friendly and supportive teacher who encouraged us to enjoy ourselves and helped everybody. I came away with 2 glass painted pieces that I was really happy with and lots of useful information to help me start doing it at home.
