About the Course

I developed this course a few years ago. I teach a lot and enjoy creating sculptures that will be achievable over just a day for beginners. I'd seen much more intricate "heads" by a couple of other weavers and I had an idea I could simplify and make into a 1 day course.

Suitable for beginners and intermediates, over the day you’ll learn basic sculpture techniques to create your own unique and ethical trophy stag head. They look fantastic on any wall and are one of my most popular sculpture courses.

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.

What's included in the price?

All courses include all tools, materials, beverages and cake!

Did a willow weaving course with Joe, it was excellent and I walked home with a 3 foot tall Heron who now guards over the stream at the bottom of our garden :D It was a great experience and she was a smashing teacher
