How this was made
Colourfast pigments combined with traditional paper marbling techniques means these well crafted decorations will last for years and years, becoming family favourites. Each one is hand made and double sided, so expect variation in pattern and tone.

Paper marbling art classes and workshops are run by James from his Hotwalls studio,Portsmouth. James specialises in paper marbling and traditional Turkish Ebru, he applies it to a range of products including silk scarves. Turkish Ebru was formally inscribed by UNESCO in 2014 as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. James is very proud to be playing his part in establishing an Ebru art renaissance, ensuring future generations know the art and adventure of painting on water.
