Although zoom isn't the same as face to face, I have introduced these sessions in response to demand I am happy to arrange a date to suit you, The time is completely based around your needs. We can arrange a series of sessions if that works best for you. I will answer any questions you have. We can look at your wheel and fibre, talk through what you have available and how to prepare and spin it. I will have a camera set up so I can demonstrate as we talk through the practicalities of spinning. I have crafted all my life, from sewing and knitting dolls clothes at primary school, to spinning , weaving, felting and dyeing over the last 10 years. Having taught and organised courses for friends, in 2019 I started Beechwood crafts, where I teach spinning and felting and have fabulous tutors who teach other courses, including needle felting, leatherwork and lino-printing.
