About the Course

Rachael Watson is a home taught baker and a local GP. In her one day classes she will share her knowledge, skill and enthusiasm for baking beautiful breads from around the world. Finish the day with lunch and a glass of wine in the sunroom.

What an inspiring day of bread making! I learnt so much on the French bread course and had lots of compliments from my family about the goodies I brought home - especially the croissants.
