Art Journaling for wellness



A 12 week half day course where you will learn the skill of Art Journaling, in a sketchbook that you will make and bind yourself to keep. Explore and discover mindfulness through sketching, watercolour painting and typography as well as mixed media to produce a totally personalised art journal. It's a great thing to work on for wellness, and sets you up to carry on by yourself at home.

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.

All materials, an art journal, tea, coffee and biscuits.
