Annie Sloan Chalk Paint Basics



Rebecca has been upcycling and restoring furniture for 10 years and has been professionally trained by Annie Sloan at Oxford HQ to host workshops and teach all there is to know regarding rejuvenating and upcycling your own furniture pieces.'

She is collaborating with Patricia from ‘Paint Kitchen’ ( Also a Furniture Painter with a teaching and industry background in Art and Design ) and they have 3 different Annie Sloan workshops on offer at the moment. On each workshop you will get two hosts for the price of one, so double the knowledge, guidance and expertise!

On the ‘Basic’ class, you will learn how to achieve several techniques and skills in using Annie’s chalk paint and waxes on a sample board. You will also learn how preparation and inspiration is key to creating the perfect painted piece. This class is ideal for true beginners and also painters who would like to refresh their knowledge if they haven’t painted for a while.

The class will be hosted by Rebecca and Patricia at ‘Raw Furniture’ studio at Bee Mill, Ribchester, Lancashire.

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
