"I would highly recommend Rosanna's full day leather workshop. I had a delightful day making items with different skills. Rosanna is a friendly and patient tutor who guided us in details. There are many resources on the Internet which acts like a "tutor". However, what valuable is experience, especially with the fact that different people have different difficulities in learning a thing. Rosanna is really a great tutor who is enthusiastic in telling us tips to make our handcrafts better."

"What a great way to spend a morning with my teenage son. We both enjoy making things and courses are excellent for learning about a craft. The half-day course with Rosanna certainly exceeded my expectations. I wanted to make myself a leather wallet, learn saddle stitching and enjoy time with my son. All three outcomes were achieved with Rosanna's highly effective teaching and positive personality. She quickly adapted to what we both wanted and offered clear and helpful advice. Her tuition was easy to follow and the results achieved were more professional than I would have thought possible. I would happily attend another one of her workshops and highly recommend her to those who want to learn how to make leather goods in a positive, enjoyable and very friendly environment."

"well designed course. I found it both pleasantly enlightening and encouraging as a complete novice with an interest but having never done any leather work. By the end of the course I has made a glasses case, a business card holder & a purse / wallet. "Rosanna is an excellent teacher and host and the environment and facilities for the workshop are great. I went along with a pre-planned idea of what I wanted to do and after being taught how to set out a stitch a card holder, Rosanna was only too happy to get the card out and start making a completely new template for what I wanted to do. However, it wasn't just done for me and I was encouraged and helped to produce the template to do my project. At the end of the day, I produced three items that I am quite proud of and although I went up to the wire at the end of the day to get completed, there was never any hint of needing to get a move on. I would highly recommend the experience and I shall be buying some tools to do some work for myself too!"

"*Genuinely Great Day - Highly Recommend for all levels* From booking the course to answering queries and reminders after completion, Rosanna was really helpful, personable and attentive. Booking the course was easy and pain free (not like other courses I have previously tried to book on), correspondence and directions to the venue were easy to follow, coherent and accurate. Location was great, a studio workshop full or exciting tools, inspiration and examples of previous work. The best environment to get those creative juices flowing! The course itself was really informative. Rosanna shared tricks of the trade, best practice, offered advice on how to do what I had previously been doing in a safer and less time consuming way. I really did learn a lot about what I had previously been doing and what I was going to do. Rosanna tailored the course to my experience and the learning's were relevant to what I wanted to achieve from the day. Continues tea and biscuits along with a home prepared lunch kept me fuelled for the day. I left innovated, inspired and excited about the things I had made and cant wait to put learnings into practice! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the course for all levels as it can be tailored to strengths, wants and needs."

I spent the day working on 2 items which you can take away with you. I learnt a great deal and Rosanna was able to advise on all things leather and it was great fun spending the day there. "I'd give this course 6 stars if I could! Rosanna is a superb tutor and this day flew past, leaving me with tons of knowledge and new skills and a handful of leather items that look professionally made - friends were stunned to hear I'd made them that day with my own hands! I couldn't recommend Rosanna and this course highly enough. I turned up at her studio in Kent with no experience with leather at all, and have gone away with the ability to make hand-stitched items at home, and experience with sewing leather on an industrial machine too. The course covered cutting, gluing, lining, adding rivets and fastenings, tools and suppliers too, and all with good insights and great conversation. If you have any interest in leather, or just like making stuff, then give this course a go, you won't be disappointed!"

"For anyone considering taking the 2 day bag making course I would definitely recommend it! I enjoy learning new skills whenever possible, I have been on many courses for a variety of experiences, but this course has made my top 3 due to being such a personalised experience. From the start, the syllabus was not only about how to construct a bag, but focused on how to bring to life something from my imagination, with the strategical knowledge and enlightenment of a professional who could think around potential pitfalls and be creatively involved with me. I think this approach is extremely successful as by joining in & discussing all options with Rosanna, I was able to better understand the mechanics of making a bag. Not only do I feel confident enough to practice a project by myself, I feel confident to make other items that we didn't create, purely because I was taught me more than just a baseline template, Rosanna taught me the intelligence behind the shapes and the development sequence. Thank you Rosanna for a lovely weekend :-)"

"We booked a day with Rosanna to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary which is traditionally named 'leather'. By the end of the day we had made a wonderful set of unique leather gifts for each other which will be a lovely reminder of a brilliant day. Rosanna is a very good teacher and made us feel instantly at home, in fact at lunchtime the whole family made us feel very welcome as we sat and chatted over delicious homemade quiche. "I had a great day at the Full Day Leather Workshop run by Rosanna. Rosanna was a great instructor and provided insights and guidance throughout the day. As someone who is not crafty, Rosanna made me feel at ease with all of the tools and instruments. Rosanna explained what each tool, instrument and machine did and how it was used. I came away with the knowledge to start leather making as a hobby; from hand and machine stitching to gluing, studs and fastenings, templates and embossing. Rosanna provided further information and a store list of where she buys her leather and tools. I was able to choose what I made and the leather I used, with lots of different colours available to suit each person's style. The day flew and I made a business card holder, cuff, purse (love the lining), luggage tag, and key fob. All of which look great and I can't believe I made them. I've already used all the items. The studio was an easy train ride from London and a short walk (~5 mins) from the station (not strenuous). Rosanna provided instructions on how to get there by all modes of transport. I highly recommend this workshop and learning from Rosanna!"

Having finished the second day today after a long delay was surprised how much I remembered and it's no doubt due to Rosanna's great teaching. Looking forward to continuing this as a hobby. Lunch on both days was lovely, with Rosanna's mother and father who were just as delightful, welcoming, friendly and a pleasure to meet and spend time with A's Rosanna herself."
