Emily was patience personified teaching the knots and it was great fun to be given free rein to root through the shelves for interesting materials to work with. I was very pleased with the piece I ended up with and it’s now hanging on my wall at home. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my half day pottery wheel class with Rachel, who was both very skilful at demonstrating and helpful when things went awry, as they did for all of us at some point! I was surprised just how physical it all was, particularly in the early stages of 'middling' the clay. It was very pleasing to work with something organic and produce two handsome and useful (I hope!) pieces. There was time to munch a banana at half time, and thank you so much for the Himalayan poppy seedheads! I would love to return for another session."

"A wonderful day - a really good balance of practicalities and inspiration. Liz's studio is a space full of creativity, lined with tiny sculptures and beautiful prints, with a calming garden as a backdrop through the windows. I had never attempted linocut before - the teaching was just right, came away feeling empowered rather than overwhelmed, with lots of good advice on getting started fairly cheaply."
