MATERIALS We like to work with as many sustainable materials as possible and, where possible, we try to source end of line and second hand materials that would otherwise go to waste. You will be dyeing a range of natural yarns from hand spun recycled banana yarn to linen and organic cotton. ABOUT YOUR TUTOR Claudia, Ellie's mum, has been teaching English for over 30 years, specialising in prison education. Building on a life long interest in textiles, she teamed up with Elka, to produce naturally dyed yarns for fashion and upholstery fabrics. In response to many inquiries about natural dyeing, we are now delighted to be offering this 6 hour workshop.
