Young Creatives: Art & Design (11-14s)

X

Description

An art class designed for age 11-14, exploring many forms of art and design in a relaxed, friendly and fun environment. Each young person will learn a variety of skills and techniques using drawing, painting, printmaking, relief or 3D media. These can be practised in their art and design work at home and be used for their school projects too. Each term will focus on a specific theme or set of skills. Students will be provided with a sketchbook to work in. They will be able to record all the skills, techniques and methods that they learn, to look back on, if needed, in the future. Groups will be kept small to ensure that each young person can access plenty of advice and support during the classes.
