“I recently went on the wild game butchery course and thoroughly enjoyed it. A really interesting, hands on course suitable for people of all abilities. Instructors really friendly and knowledgable. And I got to take a generous box of meat home too. Good value for money, very enjoyable, would highly recommend.”
