A lovely couple of hours spent in good company learning a new skill! Victoria was great, got us all up and running and was on hand to give give tips and guidance. Her own work is beautiful and very inspiring. I am pleased to have found a fantastic way to turn scraps into something practical.
What a fantastic workshop, relaxing yet exciting at the same time. Victoria is a truly gifted and inspirational teacher. It was a wonderful opportunity to work alongside others, sharing ideas and chatter. A really lovely experience.
Victoria made me feel relaxed from the get go - introduced everyone and was very welcoming. It was a very relaxing experience, and Victoria has a great sense of humour and a wide knowledge of art. Brilliant to have the hooks to purchase so that we can carry on with our project at home. Cannot recommend highly enough. She is immensely creative and imaginative.
I really enjoyed my course with Victoria. She is immensely talanted and passes on her passion to her course attendees. The way she teaches is relaxed and fun and I came away with a wonderful piece of art and the confidence to carry on in my own time. Definitely would recommend. X
Had a fab day learning a new technique and was so encouraged by Victoria. Once we had got started with the technique help was to hand when needed but Victoria really managed people going at different paces to others. No question was left unanswered! Lots of fun and a great way of making something useful, which is important to me. Victoria bought a lovely collection of her own pieces to drool over as well. Great day all round and it won't be my last one doing this for sure. Highly recommended.
I'd never done anything like this before and taking this course was the best thing ever. Victoria was there for every step and I was able to create things that I'd never even thought I could! She's both witty and relaxing at the same time, so it's a fine mix of fun and art! Take the course, you won't regret it!
I found Victoria's course very interesting and quite therapeutic. A wonderful and creative use of scrap material esp. if you have a favourite garment that you're reluctant to part with, it gives it a whole new life. Victoria is a very patient and intuitive tutor and of course her creations are absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend giving it a go, a craft for all levels of ability.
I’ve been wanting to learn rag rugging for years and jumped at the chance to do this class after a fun start at the Forum with Victoria. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional... came away very inspired! Do a class with her and you won’t regret it!
