About the Course
Create your own footstool using paint and upholstery. No experience needed, your tutor Steph will guide you through from choosing colours to go with your fabric, the application of the paint and waxes, upholstering and finishing your footstool.
What you need to bring: 1 metre of light upholstery fabric
What is provided? All the materials you need including the frame, tools to use, fire retardant interliner and trim to finish. Lots of tea, coffee and homemade cakes.
Introductory offer: as this is a new workshop to us the first two classes with be at the reduced rate of £70 instead of £95.
Maximum of 5 students per class
Stephanie (the proprietor of La Di Da Interiors) is your tutor for the day, she has a relaxed and friendly approach. A jewellery designer by trade, she has been painting furniture for years and has been trained by Annie Sloan. Examples of her work can be seen in the shop and on our Facebook page.

What's included in the price?
You need to bring 1 metre of a light upholstery fabric of your choice with you. All other materials are included, and you get to take your footstool home with you.
We include a selection of builders tea, coffee, hot chocolate, herbal and fruit teas along with lots of fabulous cake made by a local bakery.
Really enjoyed the course. It was interesting to learn how to bring colour together in one room and a great help for my next project!
