This is a popular workshop painting beach houses in acrylics on a canvas. The maximum number is 7, a minimum of 2, which enhances the experience and gives you 1-1 teaching and personal attention from a professional teacher and artist. The emphasis is on acrylic paints, mixing colours, layering paint to create depth, and the process of painting. Whether you want to share the experience with friends or come along and make new friends, why not come along and bring out your inner artist? All materials, including tea/ coffee, are included. Please bring an apron. The studio is in Alford Craft Market in the lovely market town of Alford. It is close to the beautiful expansive beaches & the beach houses of the east coast. I am a professional artist with over 28 years of experience in all aspects of Art. I have a studio/gallery in Gainsborough where I run adult workshops, have exhibitions & paint. No experience is necessary. The workshop is suitable for all abilities.

I am an Artist/ Qualified Teacher living and practising my art from my stunning garden Art gallery/ studio in Lincs. I run Art workshops throughout the year. My workshops are diverse and cover painting in watercolours, acrylics, mixed media & drawing with a range of media, batik & lino printing. My 'Watercolours & Afternoon Tea Experience' are popular, why not treat yourself & friends? Fancy a unique and quirky private arty party in the garden gallery? You choose the day, time, medium and subject. My gallery has a permanent exhibition of my work. I now offer pottery sessions, and hand-building using slab, coil & pinch pot techniques. Workshops are a maximum of 6 which ensures quality tuition.
