Description
I will demonstrate throughout the day, various techniques in acrylic paints to create stunning and vibrant landscape paintings. In a relaxing approach to painting, there will be an emphasis on exploring your own mark making, while developing striking layers of colour and form. You can expect to take away between one and two finished pieces at the end of the day. Feel free to use images in the studio, or bring along your own source material to work from.
What's included in the price?
Tea and coffee are available throughout the day. You are welcome to bring lunch to the studio, or grab a bite from the excellent deli or tea rooms in the courtyard. All materials and tools for the day of painting are provided.

Maker
I study landscapes, weather and seasonal change with a strong emphasis on colour. Currently I am painting with oils, but I regularly produce work with oil pastels, acrylics and inks. My love of the landscape and the ever changing weather conditions are my starting point, developing my work through sketches that explore composition and colour. From here, I work to create vivid and stimulating final pieces.
