Come and spend the day with friendly like-minded people in our Horncastle studio and discover the magic of needle felting!
We will start with an introduction to the different tools and wool and then go on to make a simple sheep in the morning and try our hand at 2d flat needle felting a simple poppy in the afternoon.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
You will be supplied with one of our amazing Workshop in a Box kits to keep. This includes enough materials to make both a Jacob and Wensleydale sheep and a FREE TOOL KIT. It also includes printed illustrated instructions and online video tutorials*** showing you how to use the tools and how to make the sheep - just as we will do on the day! So once you go home and are ready to make your second sheep you will have a video recording to refer back to :)
You can bring a packed lunch, we can order in for you or you can eat out in one of the local eateries.
After lunch we will try our hand at 2d flat felting and make a poppy.
Hot drinks, homemade biscuits, materials, tools and a warm and friendly welcome included.
In addition you will be invited to join our private Facebook group 'The Crafty Cows' where you can ask for help, share your workshop makes and keep in touch with the new friends you will make in the studio :)
