Eloise will guide you through a gong immersion starting with specific yoga breathing practices (pranayama) followed by gentle asanas (yoga postures) and stretches to prepare you for relaxation and allowing yourself to be completely immersed in the vibration of the gong.
There will be time to ask any questions and to integrate the experience before heading home.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
Please wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a blanket, yoga mat, or a mat to lie down on. You may wish to bring cushions and eye pillows, or anything that makes you feel comfortable when lying on the ground, or the floor. Please also bring water to keep hydrated.
