So many of us believe that we’re not artists, and yet creativity can be found within us all!
These silver clay workshops are perfect for beginners, and you’ll get the chance to experiment with clay and make a beautiful silver clay pendant.
Guided by artist and jewellery designer Becky Miller from Bristol Papillon, this is your chance to escape from the outside world and get creative in a relaxed and friendly environment.
During this course we'll work on at least 2 jewellery projects, giving you a great introduction to silver clay - an environmentally friendly medium which uses recycled silver.
Each course consists of two workshops, approximately 1 hour 45 mins long each, run over consecutive weeks and starting at 7.15pm.
Please contact us to enquire about availability of places and to book a place, stating your preferred start date.
Over two workshops we’ll cover:
An introduction to silver clay and it’s properties
How to use cutters to shape and add paterns to your piece
How to make a mould from a natural object
How to fire and finish your magical creation
If you will be redeeming a CraftCourses gift voucher on this course, the voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
What's included in the price?
Enough silver clay to make 2-4 small pendants
A beautiful handmade gift box
Use of tools and equipment
Tea and coffee
Workshops are kept small and friendly. By the end of the course you will have produced a beautiful pendant to take home and enjoy.

This was a brilliant course! The format worked perfectly. Becky was an excellent facilitator, putting everyone at ease, and giving useful advice when necessary. I loved my final pieces; I kept two for myself and gave one as a gift to my mum, who loved it too. I would recommend this highly accessible course to anyone!
