About the Course
So many of us believe that we’re not artists, and yet creativity can be found within us all!
These silver clay workshops are perfect for beginners, and you’ll get the chance to experiment with clay and make a beautiful silver clay pendant.
Guided by artist and jewellery designer Becky Miller from Bristol Papillon, this is your chance to escape from the outside world and get creative in a relaxed and friendly environment.
During this course we'll work on at least 2 jewellery projects, giving you a great introductio to silver clay - an environmentally friendly medium which uses recycled silver.
Each course consists of two workshops, approximately 1 hour 45 mins long each, run over consecutive weeks and starting at 7.15pm.
Please contact us to enquire about availability of places and to book a place, stating your preferred start date.
Over two workshops we’ll cover:
An introduction to silver clay and it’s properties
How to use cutters to shape and add paterns to your piece
How to make a mould from a natural object
How to fire and finish your magical creation
