Learn how to create beautiful Dot Mandalas, and discover the calming effects of this creative hobby – and how it can help with the symptoms of common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and stress.
Booking colour choice: Warm colours – red, orange, yellow plus gold or Cool colours – teal, blue, green plus silver. Please message us with your colour choice once you've booked your place on the course.
You will also be given a handout with suggestions for other mindfulness practices to try at home. If you love what you learn, creativity kits will be available for you to purchase on the day - at a discounted rate for this event only. Payment by either cash or card accepted.
Suggested ages 10* plus - no upper limit! (*please note children MUST be accompanied by an adult. Parental discretion advised - we will be talking about mental health related issues and how creativity can help)
No previous experience needed - suitable for all abilities.
All materials needed will be supplied, including a disposable apron (please feel free to provide your own crafty apron if you have one!). We will be working with acrylic paints, please note these will stain your clothes if you get them on you... We recommend you avoid wearing tops with floaty / loose sleeves....
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
