Description
On this Introduction to lino printing workshop with artist Suzanne Kemplay, you will explore ways of creating simple, striking images to print onto a range of paper products. This is a hands-on, practical and fun workshop where you will learn the basic skills of lino cutting and printing, and gain the confidence you need to create beautiful prints at home without the need for expensive equipment. You will take home a set of printed cards with envelopes, plus your original lino cut design to use at home.
What's included in the price?
All equipment is provided, and the materials you need to complete your project are included in the price of your workshop. And, you will take home all the beautiful pieces you have created. Locally-sourced, light refreshments are also included in the price, including a selection of Shibui teas, Mr Eion coffees, plus access to drinking water. On full day workshops you are welcome to bring your own lunch to eat in. There is a wide range of independent sit-in and takeaway cafés, local shops and delicatessens, plus a range of supermarkets within a few minutes walk.
