About the Course
Enjoy this fun Valentines Chocolate Experience that purely revolves around chocolate where you will learn how to make truffles with our chocolatier who makes and sells handmade, fine artisan chocolates. You will taste and enjoy different types of chocolate and (if you don’t know already) learn about where chocolate comes from and how it is made. Learn how to temper chocolate, make a ganache to make your own truffles and decorate them by hand using a range of tasty toppings such as strawberry curls, sea salt, almonds, honeycomb and white chocolate flakes. You will create a beautiful glossy chocolate bowl to fill with your truffles and gift wrap to make a stunning and unique gift for a friend or loved one.
