Rob and Louis reviewed: Introduction to Blacksmithing - One Day Experience

"This experience was a gift for me so I turned up with no idea what to expect. In a very short time we were forging hooks and leaves and toasting forks from red-hot metal. A great teacher who allowed us to work at our pace, by the end of the day we had tried a number of techniques and had the results to take home with us. I would thoroughly recommend Tom's courses. "

Arthur reviewed: Viking Age Blacksmithing Course - One Day Experience

"The course was really amazing and definitely met our expectations! I did the course with my sister, and Tom made the experience engaging for both of us at the same time, alternating on practicing our blacksmithing skills. He provided really clear instructions and advised us through the whole day, making the different pieces. He was always happy to answer additional questions about the experience, tools, techniques and more, and it was really pleasant to chat while learning about the arts of blacksmithing. The knife making part was really interesting and we got to shape it the way we felt, also shaping the wooden handle in which the blade was fit. The whole process was amazing and Tom really made the experience engaging and fun! We left the day delighted and with each our own arrowhead, leaf keyring forged in the morning, and our knife made in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend! "

Jackie and Rosie reviewed: Introduction to Artistic Blacksmithing - One Day Experience

"Tom was totally amazing, he made the day perfect going over and above to help us achieve our ambitious projects. Tom’s experience and enthusiasm for his passion shone through and he has a great collection of handy tools to make some of the jobs easier. There’s no escaping it though, plenty of bashing bits of metal on a huge anvil was very satisfying! Tom is very talented indeed but he doesn’t overshadow what you do, a fabulous combination of talent and skill makes this day brilliant. Fulfil your curiosity and go on this course, you won’t regret it "
