"I recently had a lovely day learning to paint with oils, I haven’t tried them before and although I paint a lot, I have never had any art lessons. Lee showed me how to sketch my still life and then how to really see my subject so that I could achieve the light and shadow and colour. I have been inspired to dabble much more with oils and will definitely go back to Lee for more lessons."

"Did Lee's three day oil painting course earlier in the month. My first time using this medium, it all felt very new and bewildering at first, but thanks to Lee's guidance and expert skill, I worked through my frustration and managed to produce a decent piece of art at the other end. Atmospheric old school building-turned studio set in peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely do this course again."

"I thought this was a really good day course on lino printing. As a complete novice I didn't have any expectation of turning out a recognisable print. However with Lee's patient guidance, expertise and positive attitude this was achieved. With only 4 of us on the course there was time for lots of encouragement and help. The provision of all the materials was great, plus the follow up email of where to purchase everything was very helpful as I hope to have another go at home."

"Thanks Lynfa, I'm glad that you enjoyed the day. So did I :) You can use coloured pencils to touch up small areas once the prints are dry, If that doesn't give you enough oomph then small amounts of paint or pen may work. "
