Clever Hands is a small business & Art Studio based in Liverpool UK run by Artist Catherine Carmyllie. When the pandemic hit, creative classes at the studio had to pause. Catherine began sending out arts materials by post so that her students could continue being creative at home. Since then the business has grown and has 3 learning options: purchase a kit online, visit the studio in person or watch the video tutorials free online, learning at your own pace. Catherine also exhibits & sells her own artwork.

"Great course. Just the right level of information from Catherine at the start and then most of the time learning by going with advice and support if needed. I hoped to gain the confidence and tips to get started with lino printing and that's exactly what I got from the session (along with several versions of the block I created and printed). Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn about lino cut printing, or just to have a go at something new in a small group."
