Wire Wrapped Jewellery for Beginners With Jo Cross at Vitreus Art
This new jewellery workshop will teach you how to make funky wire-wrapped jewellery - using glass and stone 'jewels' and sea-glass in just one half a day. You'll make several necklaces or pendants or bracelet charms - using materials provided, or you can bring your own precious pieces of sea-glass to incorporate! No previous experience is necessary just a willingness to have a go! Step by step demonstrations; Variety of stones and jewels to choose from; Make 3 - 5projects with copper wire to start; Pieces of sea glass provided, or bring your own holiday treasures! Taught by jeweller Jo Cross; Wire wrapping is a popular new method of making contemporary jewellery from interesting glass gems, stones or sea glass using affordable materials and simple tools. After this workshop, you'll have enough knowledge to make your own jewellery at home, with a set of printed reminders provided as well as the materials you'll need for your pieces on the day.
