About the Course
With the use of Coaching tools and NLP techniques learn how to relax quickly and easily. By creating a relaxed, calm atmosphere we can help you to explore what is important to you and help you to de-stress from your everyday situations. The aim is to provide you with some insights as to what you notice and how this can be used to focus your mind. What having perception without awareness is and how it influences your decision making. You will learn techniques to help you change your state of mind when you are experiencing levels of stress or anxiety, along with some relaxation techniques to help you to self-regulate in stressful situations.
The focus of this workshop is to help you develop a more positive mind set, build your confidence and provide you with some easy techniques to switch your emotional state to one that serves you better to get the results you want!
This workshop is designed to be fully interactive and enjoyable to ensure you get the maximum benefit. Delivered in a relaxing, calm environment with up to eight attendees for each workshop, keeping the numbers small so you receive a more intimate, individual experience.
