This is a one day intensive welding course where you can try out and practice all 3 welding processes with a variety of metals. For example: Mild Steel and Stainless TIG Aluminium TIG, Copper and Brass Brazing TIG, Mild Steel and Stainless Stick, Mild steel and Stainless MIG This course is suitable for anyone wishing to try and discover welding for the first time, or for anyone who wants to update their welding knowledge by concentrating on a process of their choice.

Natalie Bradwell is The Iron Lady, taking on any job in metal, except cars and horseshoes! Spanning food, agriculture, oil and gas, manufacturing and arts industries – thanks to her ability to see metal as a material and communicate with clients how metal works for them. This obsession with metals; steels, copper, aluminium etc, the chemistry of change and our ability to manipulate are what drives Natalie to search for the next challenge and the next opportunity to learn.

"Brilliant workshop. I have really enjoyed my time and learned so much during this one day taster. Natalie is an excellent teacher and she has such a great energy. I appreciated that each student had their own booth so that you can experiment in your own space and at your own speed. There were different techniques to discover and play with and each of us (we were 5) came out with a smile and with some kind of little sculpture or experiment that they were proud of. Definitely recommend."

"Excellent course. Given as much instruction as you want and then left to play. I left feeling given more practice I could achieve a good standard of TIG welding. Now planning a project so I can return. There is a lot to take in, and the final 2 hours you can choose what process you want to concentrate on. Used TIG on mild steel and stainless with good results. Up to date equipment with things like HF start on TIG, and reactive welding helmets, make it so much easier. And a final tip from Natalie on how to spot weld with TIG was so useful. She is a very passionate and supportive teacher, helps you to get it just right and succeed. Make the most of your time, and stay to the end in the immersive atmosphere."

"Outstanding course. Very roomy workshop which was well-organised for students. More than adequate supplies of safety equipment. Fantastic welding masks. Tutor is massively knowledgeable and experienced but manages to give clear and easy to follow instructions and demonstrations. I was amazed that we, as complete beginners, were welding within an hour and a half of arriving. Excellent range of kit to try. We came home really delighted and keen to have another go. "I went on Natalie's - Stick,Tig,Mig - welding course to learn about the different welding machines and to get some experience of welding. The course was fantastic and I enjoyed every second of it. I ended the day having gained some understanding of welding techniques and how to use the different types of welding machines. Natalie was so helpful and explained everything before we were let loose in her welding booths and she gives you tuition throughout the day.
