Enjoy an afternoon class pouring paint and indulging in a selection of tea, coffee and cakes provided at this sociable workshop. Book your place now!
You will be creating three beautiful unique canvases to adorn your walls. Enjoy the simplicity of this technique to create stunning one of a kind pieces and watch the amazing results form on top of your canvas.
You will create two canvases approximately 20x20 cm and one canvas approximately 30x40 cm.
No prior experience is required. Just bring yourselves, you will need to roll your sleeves up, as paint pouring can be a messy process, and wear clothing you wouldn’t be too concerned about if you were to get paint on (as it won’t wash off!), however disposable gloves and aprons will be provided.
Your paint poured creations will be available for collection 5 days after the event. If you are unable to collect your canvases we will be happy to offer a postal service of Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For at a cost price of £4, payable on the day of the workshop.
Most classes run from 1 - 4 pm with a few evening classes running from 7 - 10pm. Please get in touch to enquire about availability.
If you have any food allergies please inform us of this after booking onto the event. We look forward to you joining us in our beautiful studio space! Well run session with plenty of demos, support and help. Coffee and cakes were very welcome
Best course I have even been on. Price is extremely reasonable, small group allows for lots of help from Dina and her mum. The studio is lovely, light and spacious. We were very happy with our canvasses and it is a project you could carry on at home.
Loved every second of the afternoon! Really friendly atmosphere, amazing facilities and everything you need for the activity easily accessible. Dina and her mother are extremely knowledgable and supportive throughout. I would highly recommend this course!
Thoroughly enjoyable day. Perfect for someone like me who has no artistic abilities. Lovely setting and lovely teachers. I would highly recommend.
Would highly recommend this course. I had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the class. Everybody was very helpful and friendly not to mention the gorgeous home baked cakes too. Can't wait to get some paints and get started on this amazing craft. It's exciting to see how the paint reacts when it is poured.
A brilliant and relaxing workshop. Great materials and setting and very patient teachers. Lovely refreshments too, thank you!
What a treat to "step inside" 35 Design Studio for an easy-to-follow course on paint pouring. It was such an amazing experience. I felt at home. And a great present to have for my birthday.
The instruction given by Dina (an amazing artist, designer and all round creative being, and her mum) was an easy flow of information.
I enjoyed it that much I purchased a bag of goodies to continue experimenting at home. There is a coloured guide and photos for each section, list of tools and equipment, and through discussions on the course on the best methods and acrylics to use. Dina has a hive mind, demonstrating different techniques, explaining effects and possible design capabilities.
I thoroughly enjoyed myself (and the banana cake) and can’t wait to experiment and improve on my paint pouring journey.
