Description

This is a popular workshop painting a donkey in acrylics on a canvas. The maximum booking is 8, and a minimum is 2, which enhances the experience and gives you 1-1 teaching and personal attention from a professional teacher and artist. The donkey is already drawn for you on the canvas. The emphasis is on acrylic paints, mixing colours, layering paint to create depth, and the process of painting. A great way to spend time painting and relaxing with a friend/s, or family whilst learning to paint with the great acrylic medium. Why not come along and bring out your inner artist? I am a professional artist and trained Art teacher with over 28 years of experience in all aspects of Art. I have a garden studio/gallery in the market town of Gainsborough where I run adult workshops, have exhibitions, paint and work with pottery. My companion is Toby Art Dog, a great asset to the studio, he loves attention, affection and your lap. No experience is necessary. The workshop is suitable for all abilities.

I am an Artist/ Qualified Teacher living and practising my art from my stunning garden Art gallery/ studio in Lincs. I run Art workshops throughout the year. My workshops are diverse and cover painting in watercolours, acrylics, mixed media & drawing with a range of media, batik & lino printing. My 'Watercolours & Afternoon Tea Experience' are popular, why not treat yourself & friends? Fancy a unique and quirky private arty party in the garden gallery? You choose the day, time, medium and subject. My gallery has a permanent exhibition of my work. I now offer pottery sessions, and hand-building using slab, coil & pinch pot techniques. Workshops are a maximum of 6 which ensures quality tuition.
