A classic introduction to the world of upholstery, with enough creativity to allow you to produce a unique and practical retro footstool for your home.
During the workshop you will be introduced to using the staple gun and guided through all the tools and techniques, from applying webbing, hessian and wadding, cuts and corners to finishing techniques.
You will take your frame, made in our workshop, all the way to the finished article. You will also be introduced to basic painting techniques and have an opportunity to choose from a range of Fusion Mineral Paint colours to paint your legs to match your fabric choice!
Start time:- Join us from 9.30am for tea/coffee with a view to starting at 10.00am and we aim to finish around 4.30pm.
Their is an hour for a tasty lunch which is included within the fee and breaks whenever you wish, tea, coffee, cake and biscuits are available, please let us know of any special dietary requirements.
