Can’t recommend this course highly enough - such an interesting & fabulous day. Made my gorgeous green spectacle case from scratch (apart from actually breeding the cow that the leather came from & making the leather). Cut the pattern & pieces for decoration, dyed it, made every hole for every stitch, sealed it etc.
A very packed day of superb instruction by Slim & took intense concentration to get it right. Absolutely loved it. I would happily repeat it for the pleasure of creating again ❤️❤️ xxx
** I was going to give it as a present but after all the effort I put in ..... I want to frame it!!! Pardon the pun!

A warm welcome kicked off a great day. I walked in not knowing one end of a cow from another and left inspired to make a set of Louis Vuitton luggage. A very rewarding course covering a lot of hands on stuff. Slim is a brill teacher, no pressure, takes you through everything methodically at your own pace all coaxed along with plenty of tea and biscuits and a beautiful lunch. A very hospitable host.
Thanks again Slim for an extremely enjoyable and productive day.

Response from Ross Leather and Wood:Thanks Steve, you did brilliantly and it was fantastic working with you.
Brilliant course! We did this as a couple to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary (leather!) and had the best time making passport holders for each other.
Slim was a fantastic teacher who provided the perfect level of guidance and support ensuring we had fun and were able to complete the project for ourselves. A wonderful home made lunch was included, along with all refreshments, and we got to spend the latter part of the afternoon stitching next to the fire pit which was really relaxing.
Absolutely in love with our passport holders and the wonderful memories they will hold for us for years to come.
Thank you Slim!

Absolutely awesome day...
Had high expectations of the course, having seen the quality of Slim's leather work, and they were definitely met. The course was set out really well, with good explanations, and constant support from Slim.
Don't think I could be any happier, I have learnt a new skill and have a wallet that will last a lifetime.
The value is great and the lunch provided was well above standard.
THANK YOU SLIM....

Spent an amazing day making a wonderful card wallet. Very intensive day, but Slim was behind us every single step. A very supportive teacher.
Family friendly and relaxing setting. We were fully looked after, from coffee in the morning to a delicious stew for lunch.
Excellent value for money.
If you are doing one course this year, make sure it's with Slim!
