Paint a Cow & Hen in watercolours & Watercolour Techniques

X

Description

A fantastic day spent learning numerous watercolour techniques.

After coffee/tea and introductions, the morning is spent experimenting with various watercolour techniques; wet in wet, wet on dry, creating highlights, masking fluid, creating blooms, textures & effects.
We paint a cow on watercolour paper step by step using the techniques covered.

In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to put into practice the skills covered in the morning with plenty of guidance.
You can paint a hen or hens depending on your preference ( or another cow) with continuing guidance or you can work individually.

The workshop is in my beautiful garden studio. The maximum number is 6 which creates a lovely atmosphere and allows for plenty of 1-1 tuition and social distancing. Previous clients have equated their experiences of a workshop to a spa day.

As it is a full day, please bring a packed lunch.

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.

What's included in the price?

Tea, coffee, all materials.

Response from A.S.K Art & design ( Studio & Gallery):

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Karyn and Neil. They were very open and willing to experiment with watercolour even though they hadn’t painted for a long time. The paintings they completed were beautiful and showed a real understanding of watercolour painting.
I hope to see them again in the future, they were great company. We had some wonderful conversations and plenty of laughter.
