About the Course
Discover linocut printmaking in this two and a half hour class ideal for adults at beginner – intermediate level or those looking to try their hand at something new!
We will explore shape, pattern and texture through traditional Linocut printmaking techniques with a modern twist.
Classes will begin with observational drawing and design focused on either pattern, botanicals or Lake District wildlife; to be used as the basis for your own handmade lino cut prints to take home.
Brockhole on Windermere is a 19th century Arts and Crafts movement house amid the stunning landscape of the Lake District, be inspired to make and create!

What's included in the price?
All linocut printmaking materials included, please feel free to bring along a sketchbook with ideas.
Please bring with you an apron, or wear clothes that you don’t mind getting messy (although the printing inks we will be using do wash out of clothes).
Cup of tea/coffee included.
