Blacksmith hammer forging course. One day hammer making course

X

Description

This is your opportunity to make a blacksmiths rounding hammer of around 3lb, that you can then take away and use for your own work, what ever that maybe. Your hammer will be forged from EN19 or 4140 carbon steel using a combination of my 23 ton hydraulic press and hammer and Anvil.
The forging of your own hammer is such a rewarding under taking. I will take you step by step through the forging process, the harding, tempering, shaping and polishing of the faces then finally how to fit the handle.
I guarantee this will put a big smile on your face and a massive feeling of accomplishment.
