Description
A blissful morning or afternoon of art journaling fun in the Welsh hills, making an art journal tag book. Arrive to a choice of beautiful handmade papers, colourful papers, paints, inks, pens, stencils, stamps, threads, and haberdashery, and feel free to bring along any things that are special to you if you would like to incorporate them into your work. You will have everything you need available to work from to start creating your own tag books, a deeply creative and therapeutic craft, which you can take home and carry forward to play with, indulge in, dip in and out of, or make into a daily practice if you wish, even just a few minutes a day of fun and easy creative expression. Learn different layering techniques, work with collage, paint, print, stitch, and play with all the different tools and materials provided to see what you like, for an intuitive, mixed media, relaxed approach to art. Take your tag book home to add to and continue working on. The workshop may have others attending, or might be just yourself. If you would prefer a one to one session please message me. If you are travelling to get here, there is a farm cottage and a cabin on site that may be available for you to book.

Hi, I'm Lea! I live in the hills in Mid Wales, here at our creative retreat centre, with a holiday cottage, cabin, pod and gypsy caravan for guests to stay in. I teach creative yarn spinning, beginners spinning, drop spindle, wet felting, creative crochet & knitting, recycled textiles, & wild weaving. I teach personal classes and group retreats.
