"I had a wonderful morning creating my own Wellbeing Journal. I created lots of attractive and unique backgrounds using paint, collage and doodles and learnt about the benefits of creative journaling. Now each week I'll note what I'm grateful for, inspirations, little victories and positive quotes and thoughts! I'm looking forward to completing the journal through the week!"
