"This was my first glass fusion course and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Sally is a very patient, knowledgeable tutor and we all produced several Christmas decorations in the 2 1/2 hours. We were lucky to have sunny weather, so the classroom in the Stanwick Lakes Visitor Centre, with its large windows gave us a lovely view outside. I am looking forward to attending future courses with Sally."

"Julian and I were bought this as a Christmas gift. We have done lots of other courses, including glassblowing, mosaics, and a range of other crafts. This was the best and most enjoyable course of them all! The small group (4 in total) was perfect to build a good rapport and to share the experience. The tutor was not only knowledgeable in so many areas, but he taught with sensitivity and real skill, getting to know our strengths and challenge areas, and working with us to overcome them and celebrate our successes. I was so proud of our work when we had finished and cannot recommend this day highly enough. The toasting fork is in pride of place beside our open fire!! Thank you for the lovely venue, great teaching, and excellent support. It was magical."

"An excellent course which I thoroughly enjoyed. Jo, the tutor, is friendly, helpful and certainly knows her stuff. I managed to produce a (reasonably!) presentable stained glass panel once the basic techniques had been explained and demonstrated. I'd be tempted to do the course again at some point but rather than use one of Jo's standard designs it would be interesting to create one of my own."

"I had a fantastic experience on this course. I wanted to do something different and this certainly covered it. Really enjoyable. There were only three of us so we had almost individual tuition. John was very observant of what we were doing and took us step by step though the different processes which built up our skills throughout the day. We made various items using these skills and combined them at the end of make a toasting fork. I'd recommend this course to others."
