Hi, I'm Maggie and I've been creating mosaic art for 16 years now. My joy is to share my ideas and creativity in my workshops which are intended to be always light hearted and fun. My garden and studio are full of quirky and colourful pieces to inspire you and make you smile.I have no formal art training and am mostly self taught. I love to experiment with different materials and have a wealth of "treasure" in my studio and garage. I love to use other people's "rubbish" in my work.

"I attended Maggie’s weekend mosaic workshop (prettyrubbishmosaics.com) which I thoroughly enjoyed. She is an excellent teacher and took the small group of us through the process of creating a mosaic step by step - Safety, tools, cutting techniques, grouting etc and some of the various mosaic pieces eg glass, pottery, tiles etc that can be used were all covered. We had access to huge amounts of Maggie’s supplies to use in our projects and we all left happy with what we had achieved. I left feeling inspired to try my hand at it at home and would like to attend further sessions to build on what I learned at the weekend. For anyone thinking of taking this workshop I can thoroughly recommend it. Thanks Maggie. "
