I'm Sharon Roberts, sourdough expert, author & chef. At 22, I took a Professional Cooks Course. I worked in Directors Dining in London. I was in demand as a private chef. In 2000 I was offered a job as a charter chef in the British Virgin Islands, the Caribbean. I worked in some of the most beautiful places on earth.
When I returned to the UK I researched sourdough because it's shrouded in mystery. Then, I wrote 3 e-booklets about sourdough. My sourdough events are highly acclaimed.
