"Carol is very pleasant and she worked very hard for more than the three hours allocated. I feel the numbers were a bit too many for her to be able to give each one all the help they may have needed to create a very good piece. Perhaps the cost should reflect the attention possible. "

"I think it might be advisable to speak to Carol. She knows that things did not go well and I came home with an embarrassingly awful pendant which Carol had tried to make when she messed up the one I was working on. She was trying to help, but I feel that she was overwhelmed with so many students needing her assistance, especially with soldering, which needs some experience. Perhaps a smaller class would work better. I suggest that, in my case, Carol might consider a refund of my joining fee. Sorry to be so negative, but I have to tell it as I experienced it,"
