"Had a great day on this beginners silver clay course. No experience necessary and I learned a lot about silver clay and different techniques to use. We were given the tools and taught how to use them but could come up with whatever design we chose then fired them three different ways. Would definitely recommend this course and Marianne was a great teacher, very knowledgeable and helpful. "

"Had a fabulous day making three fine-silver pendants. Our instructor, Marianne, is very knowledgeable, and has a lovely, relaxed teaching style. I’d never made jewellery of any kind before, and didn’t expect to create anything of beauty, yet my finished items turned out well, and would not have looked out of place in any craft shop. Silver clay is an incredible material, and I was amazed how easy it is to work with. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this course, which was both enjoyable and good value for money."

"This was an excellent day of learning so many things about this innovative material, I made a pendant and earrings during the day which I am very happy with. They will be a gift for my daughter in law. Marianne was very patient but taught us so much during the day. We were given plenty of information about the tools and equipment needed to continue using silver clay in the future and information about where to purchase silver clay. We were also taught how to work with the clay and make different items, how to fire the clay with 3 different methods, how to polish and finish our items. It was a long and tiring day but extremely fulfilling. Thanks so much Marianne."

"I have attended this workshop today and I have arrived home buzzing from the all round experience ...I’m totally hooked. Marianne’s class was so relaxing and informative. She has a wealth of experience in the craft to share and nothing was too much trouble. She showed how to rectify small hitches in our work as we experimented with different techniques. It was a completely lovely day and we all took away some silver pieces to be proud of. I have now arranged a one to one workshop to polish my skills and knowledge. "Silver Clay Jewellery - what can I say? What a dream day. Marianne’s studio feels like a craft haven. She taught us how to make silver clay jewellery and tips and techniques. She has a vast knowledge and nothing was too much effort. She showed us how to fix things when they didn’t go to our design plans and ways of achieving what we wanted to make. Went away with 3 pieces of super jewellery and an excitement for doing more. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend."
