John Bentley reviewed: Glass bottle cutting for beginners - Sittingbourne

"I looked forward to learning how to cut glass bottles and to receive a message a couple of days prior to the course, that I would be the only one, I took the opportunity to make a specific point that I would like to cut bottles to fit in with my Woodturning projects.Clare was very patient and yes, much success in getting clean cuts and sanding smooth edges. I really enjoyed the course and would recommend it for everyone to give it a try and see how we can use those empty bottles for a second time with useful and decorative objects Thank you "

Lea reviewed: Glass bottle cutting for beginners - Sittingbourne

"This was an excellent workshop. Claire and Janet showed us the full process of upcycling a regular glass bottle into a vase, a drinking glass, a storm lantern, a scarf ring, etc. As tutors, they were very generous with their knowledge, sharing really useful advice from their years of experience. They were also kind and encouraging as we beginners overcame any initial challenges - each one of us was able to take home some beautiful new objects we’d transformed with our own hands. I can’t wait to use this new skill they’ve shown me :)"

Beverley Bruce reviewed: Glass bottle cutting for beginners - Sittingbourne

"I had so much fun doing this course. It wasn’t easy but I arrived knowing nothing about cutting bottles and left confident that with the recommended equipment, I would be able to use the skills learned on my own. Everyone in our small group took home the lovely things we’d made including a souvenir of the day to stand them on. I can confidently say that anyone doing this course will have a friendly welcome and leave happy. "
