"My son and I spent an extremely enjoyable day with Pete and Jacqui at Brimslade Farm on a Rustic Stool Workshop. Spending time in the company of these good people and discovering the pleasure of working with greenwood is deeply satisfying and should not be underrated.
Highly recommended."
"Jacqui and Pete were most welcoming and the day was a great success - and I came away with a spoon! The location for the course is idyllic with peace and quiet and the sound of the wind through the trees.
I recommend this course to others not only for the chance to gain an insight into a new skill but for the overall experience of a day out in the fresh air with great company."
"Jacqui & Peter were very welcoming and accommodating, with a ready supply of hot drinks and biscuits throughout the day. Easy to find in a tranquil setting, it was the perfect ‘get away from the hustle’, location to connect with nature. We were blessed with good weather, but the site has excellent shelters to work under if not, with a log burner and open fire for chilly days. Eco-printing, led by Jacqui, was great fun and educational, providing a fab starting point for beginners, with tips, tricks, resources and signposts to further enquiry. The excitement as we opened our bundles of fabric made me feel like a kid again! Would highly recommend this company and I hope to go back again to learn more."
"Superb. Cannot think of any other way to describe the course.
Friendly, informative, amusing.
Would recommend it to anyone thinking of making charcoal."
