"My friend and I attended a one day course in stained glass with Emma Edelston. We were celebrating a big birthday and we were total beginners. She was a great teacher and took us through some of the basic techniques in the morning. We then produced our own piece in the afternoon. As there was only the two of us we both received very personal feedback on how we were doing and I felt this really helped me develop and I feel that I could now go on to produce my own work independently in the future which was more than I envisaged before attending the course. It was fascinating and we both really enjoyed and would recommend the day.. "

"Brilliant day with Emma. She has so much knowledge and experience and knows how to impart it in a friendly and clear way. I leant so much and felt so proud to have produced a piece of work that only hours earlier I had absolutely no idea of how to start, let alone, use such specialist tools, create a design and learn such unique skills. A really rewarding and totally absorbing day, plus a great lady to have the company of too. I would totally recommend this super workshop."

"I've always loved stained glass so my partner and I decided to do this workshop for my 30th birthday. We had the BEST day. So much fun. Emma is a brilliant instructor - friendly, relaxed and very easy to get on with. It was very satisfying to take my glass creation home with me at the end of the day. Really looking forward to taking this workshop again and improving on what I've learned."

"I had the most fantastic day with Emma who guided me through the techniques needed to create my own glass plaque. The morning was spent learning all the basics to create a test piece and the afternoon spent creating my own masterpiece, inspired by the pieces of glass which appealed to me. It was relaxing with time for chat until more concentration was required so time just flew by. If like me you’re always drawn to pieces of glass art in craft shops and stalls then attend one of Emma’s workshops and make your own. I am so proud of my piece, the results exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Emma for your time, expertise and your company, it was a fabulous day."

"We had an absolutely fantastic day with Emma. Booked for my mums 60th birthday and couldn't have asked for a better gift! "Wow! It was an amazing day! Emma was friendly. encouraging and patient!! She is a fantastic teacher!! The day was extremely enjoyable and educational. Managed to produce an art deco piece of stained glass in the time, which was brilliant, a s it was going to be a friend's 60th birthday pressie! Thankyou Emma! I would wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone who wants to try something new. I am not a crafter or artistic at all - but am starting on the journey of crafting- and was able to achieve a decent piece of work by the end of the session! Highly recommend this course!"

"Emma’s one day stained glass workshop for 2 is an absolute treat! My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful time. The morning was spent learning the basics. Since both of us were novices it required lots of concentration but Emma guided us every step of the way in a very relaxed manner and we had a lot of fun in the process. In the afternoon we made a 10 piece glass compilation, choosing our colours and shapes from a huge selection of stained glass. The end result was stunning and we were both delighted with it. We would thoroughly recommend this course. Emma is a great teacher and knows how to make you feel comfortable and get the best out of you! "What a fab day my daughter and i spent with Emma at her workshop! Wonderful instruction stage by stage meant that we both finished the day with little mirrors that we were really proud of. "Had a fantastic day with Emma learning the basics of copper foil stained glass making. She helped with ideas but the pieces we made were very much our own, being guided through with encouragement we completed a piece each that we are both proud of that are now hung in ideal places in our home. We would highly recommend if you are considering doing this course. I would also like to say that I changed my booking after my husband decided he’d like to do it with me and Emma was extremely helpful and accommodating which we appreciated. Thanks Emma we really enjoyed our time with you, especially the banter along the way! Lovely day."
