"A lovely day. I was pleased with the ease of coming off m25/m40 and finding Julie so easily. It’s a privilege to be able to use her lovely old machine and under Julie’s guidance actually produce something - a hot water cover and socks. The time flew and Julie was a great teacher and host."

"I was looking for a new skill, and Julie and her circular sock machines ticked all the boxes. Julie is a patient and clear teacher with the added bonus of a being a great cook. Lunch was scrummy. I left the day confident that I will be able to conquer my machine and produce a decent pair of socks in no time. It is reassuring that Julie is at the end of an email if a query arises. Thank-you !"

"Recently completed the one day circular sock machine workshop as I am interested in purchasing the equipment and starting a new hobby. Julie was great , very patient with all my questions and I learnt so much. I will definitely return when I have bought my machine as Julie will certainly help me set it up. Good transport links to the venue and the refreshments were delicious. All in all a really great day out exploring the world of socks."
