Extra long hot water bottle with handmade cover (yarn design George)
Description
This extra long hot water bottle holds approx 1.5 litres of hot water and is made of 100% natural rubber. This cover is made on a traditional vintage circular sock machine which was manufactured in the 1920’s.
How this was made
This hot water bottle cover is made from a special wool from a Schafpate rare German breed of sheep. The yarn used is made up of 75% wool and 25% polyamide, which means the cover is hard wearing and machine washable.
